Abokado has such an interesting back story. The founders, Mark & Lindsay went on a world round trip in 2002 and while in Sydney they discovered amazing sushi, juice and noodle bars. The thought of going back home to 'mayonnaise-filled sandwich lunches' made them plot and plan what you know now as Abokado.
I haven't tried sushi like this before, so if you are like me and think raw fish - NO THANKS! Please try Abokado, they will make you change your mind. They have so many different options from their shwraps to their beautiful hot pots.
My two favourties are Kickin' chicken and the Teriyaki Yakisoba. I chose these two because you can taste the freshness (no overnight cooking), it was seasoned properly and unlike other places it was a good sized portion so it filled you up for lunch.
