Onion and Bacon Balls
2 Onions / Bacon / Cilantro / Mint / 2 cups Chickpea Flour / Baking Soda / Turmeric / Chilli Powder / Yoghurt / 125ml Water / Oil(for frying) (1)
CHOP bacon into small bits
FRY in oil until crisp SET aside when crisp on paper towel (2) SLICE onion (2) MIX sliced onion, turmeric, chilli power, chickpea flour and water ADD baking soda, 1 cup of chopped cilantro and stir THROW in crispy bacon (3) STIR together HEAT enough oil in pan to deep fry FORM balls of onion/bacon mix CAREFULLY drop into oil FRY for 4-5 mins per side MIX chopped mint leaves with yoghurt REMOVE balls from fryer SPOON over yoghurt GO COOK YOURSELF |
