Poached egg & blood sausage crumpets
Blood Sausage / Eggs / English Crumpets / Chives / White Wine Vinegar / Butter
BOIL large pan of water POUR in cap of white wine vinegar CRACK eggs into shallow dishes (2) CHOP chives (2) HEAT frying pan DRIZZLE oil into pan FRY the blood sausage in the frying pan (3) LOWER egg into water carefully (3) TOAST crumpets MELT butter into crumpets (4) REMOVE poached eggs from water TAKE blood sausage out of frying pan STACK blood sausage and poached egg on to of crumpet SPRINKLE over chives |
